As the title say you can get repairs form the enemies repair station.
I have searchd and nothing came up so if this is a known bug or this is the way it is mend to be I am sorry.

I think the kit represents a whole repairs team. or could YOU (tank crew) repair a gun stabilisation sistem? (or any uber complicated strange nasa technology that is in tanks nowadays).
