[0909] Cement Barrier stops Garbage Truck Explosion

[TKMR]

Was playing on Fallujah West (.9). Saw the big Garbage Bomb Truck coming at me so I tried to run away, realized I couldn't so I dived behind a Cement-Barrier near the blown up hospital in the south of the map. The bomb truck exploded, but dealed absolutely no damage to me whatsoever.

The truck was on the other side of the barrier. We were about foot apart.
