System Specifications

* Operating System : Vista
* CPU : Intel core 2 duo P8400 2.27GHz
* Graphics Card : Nvidia geforce 9600m GT
* Amount of RAM : 3gb
* Sound Card : onboard

BF2 Graphics Settings

* Resolution : 1280x800

* Terrain :low (was on med)
* Effects : low was on med)
* Geometry : low (was on med)
* Texture : low )was on high)
* Lighting : low (was on high)
* Dynamic Shadows : low (was on high
* Dynamic Light : low (was on high)
* Anti-Aliasing : 2x
* Texture Filtering : low (was on med)

1. Have you noticed a significant performance decrease from 0.87 -> 0.9?

yes, really badly. I had everything on med to high, now i have everything on low, and its nothing but lag. for some reason i think its the new walking animations. when the soldiers walk, and the put their weapons pointing at the floor. for some reason i think that's causing some problems cause when i walk, but weapon just lags a lot.

2. On a scale of 1 to 10, how would you rate your performance in 0.9.

was at a 10. now at a 2 i would say. its as if im playing on a server with 300+ ping. everything is just choppy and slow now.

3. Name three or more maps in 0.9 which result in the worst performance.

i don't even know which to pick. first, the new ones, i **** out in all the new ones. and all the old ones which were fine now lag for me

4. From the maps mentioned above, state which specific areas/directions affect your performance the most.

anytime i see someone. especially when there's a lot of dead bodies around. i remember everything was fine while walking down a street, and when i turned the corner, the street was full of dead bodies, more than 20 maybe even 50, and my game just crapped out. i just stopped playing the game right there. this happened in coop, and the bodies were probably close to 100 dead bots. but the same problem happens when playing against other players.

5. Name any maps that you have no performance issues with.

none. :'(

Awkward question, but I would say 7 on 0.9 if I would compare to a 10 in version 0.87.

3. Name three or more maps in 0.9 which result in the worst performance.
Gaza Beach, Beiroet... I didn't try the old maps yet.

Was all high now all medium still laggy, tried all low but no change at all.

1. Have you noticed a significant performance decrease from 0.87 -> 0.9?
Yes.

2. On a scale of 1 to 10, how would you rate your performance in 0.9.
Before 0.9 it was 9/10 now i'd say 5/10(in some places i have no problems at all but when i'm in specific areas i get some lag: the town in one of the new maps.)

3. Name three or more maps in 0.9 which result in the worst performance.
Silent Eagle(not laggy but freezes like hell)Qwai river when looking at some fields,Yamalia close to the Qanadian first objective,Gaza Beach , and Fallujah, Koregnal.

4. From the maps mentioned above, state which specific areas/directions affect your performance the most.
Yamalia the First flag on the canadian side, Silent Eagle the towns with the new statics, Gaza Beach everywhere in the city when i walk it looks like i'm teleporting and it stays 15.0 fps flat never changes.

5. Name any maps that you have no performance issues with.
Some of the old ones, although most of them are now rinning with 30-40fps used to be 80-100, and have freeze ups from time to time, and the load times has raised from ~1.30 min to ~3.30-4.00 min.

1. Have you noticed a significant performance decrease from 0.87 -> 0.9?

Yes not so much on the few old maps I have played, Qwai and Fallujah but I get a FPS dump when I look at the middle in Fallujah though I didnt get a memory glitch even with teextures on high. I had to take down texture to medium to play maps as dragon fly that sadens me.

2. On a scale of 1 to 10, how would you rate your performance in 0.9.

On most maps it has worked okay aslong as I have those settings.
7 for new against 9 for 0.87

3. Name three or more maps in 0.9 which result in the worst performance.

Fallujah, Dragon Fly I think I had some problems with scoping on Beirut but not in Yamalia.

4. From the maps mentioned above, state which specific areas/directions affect your performance the most.

Looking at the middle makes the FPS god down significant in nearly all the militai maps it if I see another way it can be as high as 99 fps but when looking at the middle it will go down to 60-40 40 if its a town or city I am in.

5. Name any maps that you have no performance issues with.
Most of the old maps works fin from what I have tested, no need to set down the graphics with those maps.

1. Have you noticed a significant performance decrease from 0.87 -> 0.9?
Only on new maps.

2. On a scale of 1 to 10, how would you rate your performance in 0.9.
0.87 - 9
0.9 - 9 on old maps, 3 on new

3. Name three or more maps in 0.9 which result in the worst performance.
Every new map that I've tried + Korengal. (Excludes Silent Eagle & Beirut.)

4. From the maps mentioned above, state which specific areas/directions affect your performance the most.

In Iron Ridge the forest has bad lag while the building areas are alright, while in Dragonfly the city had horrible lag and the forest is okay. Lashkar lags most of the time, and the others I can't really put my finger on specific places.

5. Name any maps that you have no performance issues with.
Every single map from 0.87 besides Korengal Valley, even the altered ones like Fallujah.

EDIT: Note that I am normally running at 40fps, which I consider avarage. When I say lag I mean about 5-10fps.
