[0909] Technical destroyed after hitting DShK

If you hit any of the DShK Machine guns on the technicals, the technicals are destroyed, it's even worse for the barrels, if you hit it with 3 or more direct bullets it causes the technical to smoke.

I haven't played PR 0.9 at all, but just so Wilson's request has a point, I posted some reference images. Again, I haven't played PR.9, perhaps someone can compare the present DShK to the Real-Life variant.
