[0917] BTR80 Super-Boost

Description:
Driving from water to land in a BTR80 boosts the BTR to above-maximum speeds very quickly.

Steps to Reproduce:
Drive into water. Find a slope that you can drive onto land with. Drive onto land, while boosting. BTR zooms onto land, as seen in video.

Tested On:
Tactical Gamer iirc. Doubt server has anything to do with it however.

- Kozelsk (Russians vs Militia, Tunnel complex, hunting grounds, missile silo, etc.)
- AAS64 iirc

I can confirm it happens all the time when leaving water in a btr-80/80-a.
And I didn't dare to press shift, yet...

Yes, I also had this happen to me when I was playing Kozelsk...I was gunning but this would happen to my driver where we would get the super boost while going from water to land.

Happens with the VN3 as well, even when it was fixed in the recent patch its still insanely fast.
