PR runing issues.

I downloaded pr at least 6 time and can not get it to run need some help please.
I got it from moddb, i save it to my desk top all 3 of them, do right click and run as admin it download it (1 pack) and when it tries to install .net farmework3.5 it gives me an error of setup.exe i push escape or exit that window and finish the installation of all three of them.
when i try to run the game i right click and push run as admin nothing happens. don't know what to do else. firewall i turn it off before hand.

make sure u installed BF2, bf2 patch 1.41 and patch 1.5

try downloading by torrent? torrents usually guarantee that the download won't be corrupt.
