I don't play PR for the gameplay. Infact I play PR quite little. I do however enjoy the community, all the work the team has placed in the project and the pure quality of this free mod. That people willingly use so much time for something free lends me hope for humanity.

PR is modern yet works on my (mid range) system with no hassle, it's free, and despite the deviation it is so damn satisfying to 'kill' someone and see the body go limp.

(Yes, sounds bad doesn't it. I do find it satisfying though.. lol).

I love PR for many reasons... Main reason is that it is PR
No, Seriously, I love PR because it has a lot of updates and you can never get bored of it... New vehicles.. new maps and new weapons are being released all the time!
I also like PR for its slow paced action where unlike most other games, You can actually stand by and devise some tactics before moving... While in other games you will get sniped in the head if you stop.
I also love it due to having bigger maps and that Jets and Choppers are much more effective, Where an Attack chopper is an extremely devastating machine and it has the right to be feared!

Actually, i like any game where VOIP is used for teamwork instead of used as a tool to scream HAX! or NOOB! as loud as you can into everyones ears.
And in PR's case, i like it more cause it actually helps.

PR is the only game I play and the only one that I think is worth playing. As a combat inantry vet with 2 tours in Iraq I can tell you that the sound effects are really the best I have heard to the real thing. Arty IEDs, AKs, M4s and vehicles sound real. I also like that gameplay which takes patience and tactics life real life. You cant just do a solo rush and expect to be succesful. I also like the fact that the people that play the game for the most part are mature and follow rules..except for Maul-Pl who tked me and the cobra in muttrah last night because he didnt get to gun . and if you ever play with Maul-Pl ban him from your server. he is a POS.

- amount of different roles to play (pilot, crewman, grunt, spotter, squadleader,...)

No other game i've ever played creates this level of immersive gameplay, and everything comes into that; sound effects, attention to detail, equipment, teamwork etc etc.

-The ability to fight a war from the "enemy"'s perspective (insurgents / Taliban)
-The forums, very well moderated and able to have intelligent discussions without spam and garbage.
-Realism man, the perfect balance also.
-Every moment of playing feels like a movie.
-Terrifying, heart pumping moments.
-It's PR, just go play... No more reasons needed

I can say this stuff and I haven't played PR in about a month, I'll be breaking that streak soon.
