If it drops from the sky, how do people succeed building FOBs inside buildings such as the bunkers on Kashan?

Maybe it drops from 5-10 m height? TBH, I don't know.

Certain static objects have issues with their meshes allowing firebases to move through them. Off the top of my head, these are the Chemical Weapons Facility on Burning Sands (aka BF2:SF Mass Destruction launch facility) the Kashan bunkers (which are on Kozelsk and many other maps) and the Launch Facility on Burning Sands, Kozelsk and Barracuda.

To avoid getting killed the best thing to do is to place the marker and move the required distance away from it, and to avoid placing it inbetween three statics which are enclosed in on eachother, for example the end of an alleyway. Since its going to be coming down, it has to go somewhere, which is toward you.

Nice idea on the rally point, but doesn't a suicide from an object or vehicle cause a 60 second spawn?

A lot of this is old (3+ years) so take it for what its worth. The bit about the asset deploying 5m in front if you still applies however.

Dont give up, you can put then in the most strange places, but it'll often take you a long time, until you learn the trick for that specific spot. And play with experienced players they are likely to know some good spots.

IIRC it saved my arse once...

Put it all comes down to Murphy's Laws... Which PR is governed by.
