Sick play sesh, just like Libya!

I cracked this out after a long time of not gaming and no joke this is the best mod ever made, with the Libya'n crysis in full swing its pretty realistic with whats happening over there.

Having a LAN of this is amazing, its as if your comrade is next to you, spending a full few games on Kokan and Operation Archer especially were sick!

Should i read both the Manual and the guide?

Firstly welcome to the forums.
For events direct your attention to PR Event News - Project Reality Forums
You should read the manual, there is a lot to learn and it has most everything.
and IMO until we see some MEC vs Insurgents(or a Taliban-type faction rather), the Libyan Conflict in PR is not simulated correctly.

Yes, you should read the guide to learn the very basic.

Download Mumble, it's an audio positional program to use on the side. Meaning if you're at my right in-game, I'll hear you respectively and same thing regarding distance. All the best servers promote it (NwA, TG and PRTA - the latter is mandatory for Mumble).

Just tell your Squad Leader that you're new and he will help you out. Do not take special/limited kits until you gather the enough knowledge - also, you might piss off people if you misuse assets. Just go with the normal rifleman kit.
