cant get BF2 to install properly.

Post by [CPo]Sike3000 »

im trying to reinstall Bf2 so i can play PR, but it doesnt seem to install properly from my Disc, the disc has no scratches or anything on it.

when i click install, it "configures" then goes straight to installing patch 1.41. then when it goes to install the booster pack it claims it cant find the install folder.

its like its not even installing it and i dont know why.

It sounds like for whatever reason, your CD's stuffed. Is your DVD one that has booster packs et all? Worst case, you can buy a digital download of BF2, and all the booster packs are free within the 1.5 patch :) Alternatively you could buy a CD/DVD restore system. Granted, that may not work and may well be nearly as expensive as the download, but may well help out for future issues.
