The problem is that using scope one can hit target which is as close as 100 meters max.(150 meters after some practise) without any correlation to scope markings... while in real life this scope provides hitting up to 500 meters(700m. for frag. grenade).
Same time german unguided HAT(RPG-7 like) provides hitting targets up to 400 meters which perfectly conforms to its scope markings. So returning HAT-kits on Silent Eagle map, you've returned it only for germans, while russian fraction kinda has 2 kinds of LAT...
I sincerely hope that next patch will provide us RPG-7 as it has to be.

the scoped RPG7 and all other HAT/LATs do not have a ballistics modeled currently, we are plaing on doing this in future releases. the current huge drop of most unguided HAT/LATs is fixed for the next client side version, so except the same values as before 0.966.
