[0973] MON50/M18A4 bug

Description:
MON50 and M18A4 (command detonation mine) inflict damage not only to infantry in sector befor mine, but to light vehicles in 360 degrees (APC and tanks are not affected). This damage is very low, need 10 mines to blow truck in 10 meters away, but this damage penetrate walls and buildings only with range reduction.
Big problem - MON50 also damages weapon cash, walls can't save it. Need 20 of MON50 plasing near cash to blow it, M18 are not (i tried with 30+ of M1 8) .

Steps to Reproduce:
Plant M18A4/MON50 near truck/car or plant MON50 near weapon cash. Between them may be indestructible wall or building. Detonate mine.

Now that is a bug report, nice work.

It seems the best solution would be to totally remove rear-facing damage to the claymores. At the same time however, there is a realistic attribute to having a ridiculous amount of claymores doing damage to a weapons cache, even if they are facing away.

I personally think the amount of claymores at any one time should be capped to 5 regardless of faction in order to stop the grouped spam of them in quantities exceeding 30.
