Land vehicle controls: yaw and pitch?

In the PR's land vehicle controls, what are the ?yaw? and ?pitch? factors? Will they help me with my problem of a jumpy crosshair at far ranges (see this 30mm auto-cannon thread video)?

Hm jaw and pitch factor means Y axis , X axis factor on mouse, for vehicle is ment for factor of turning head, targeting with guns,... in other word mouse sensitivity
