[R-MOD]Mongolian Dude: AH man, sarcasm is so hard to get across the web, even if we are both british
[R-DEV]Jaymz: That has to be...the most epic response to a welcome thread I have ever seen. [R-CON]Mr.D ladies and gentlemen!

Are there going to be any Jock voices on the UK side?
NBF but it seems half the British Army speaks Jockinese so it would be representative if it did.
Now, before anyone says "We wouldn't be able to understand Scottish accents" can I just say that I & my fellow countrymen that serve or have served in the forces do speak the Queen's English albeit with an accent. We have to when serving otherwise comms would have been a fecking frightmare.
Just wondering likes.
I think it would be cool to hear "Ah need a doakturr" instead of "I need a medic here"

Poundland do a flexi stemmed microphone (unsurprisingly for a £1) and have done for a while that is perfectly suitable. I use Magix Audio Cleaning Lab to record, cleanup and normalise my recordings.

Im a yorkshire lad so I'll have a go at grunt when I can, 2 kids running riot in the house at the mo so it wont be today, I used to do radio work but on an extended break at the moment, I do a podcast though so if you wanna check my normal voice out feel free to ask me for the url, according to the list you want a grunt and a female commanders voice still.
Anyway keep us updated if you no longer need a grunt etc.

I found it was taking about 45mins to get 10 samples down right. I've obviously uploaded about 100 but feel like doing them again with more "britishness" one of the staff better contact me on xfire or something to get this smoothed out

The sound guys are looking for all sorts, original and "proper" commands. After all, it's the voice of the auditioner they are listening to primarily.
