The crate are not for skirmish, it has flags on it, please fix that

can you give more details because your request is very hard to understand.

Which side have this bug?
Do you speak about crate on the spawn point, and have you ever try to request kit on it even if there is an ennemy flag ? (i know you can request kit on ennemy crate if the crate is a static)
