Is it easy to fix? Maybe you can post it up/PM it to me? Don't bother though if it's something to complicated, I can click one extra time instead of spending a lot of hours fixing it[R-DEV]AfterDune wrote:There is a fix for it, someone on the forums made a thread here.... EDIT: Thank you nater! got the answer from him 2 posts up

Have you ever concidered making PR into a corridor shooter with "push "F" to destroy world"-features?
If not, please do!

A rating of less than 10 means the feature can be casually mentioned on the forums with detail and included in devcasts etc.
A rating of 10-19 means that the feature can be-ed at when mentioned by a public forum member, but no details are to be given out until a devcase.
A rating of 20-8999 means that the feature must be given a great deal of pomp but must be secret until a prearranged advertisement strategy is in place.
A rating 0f 9000 or over indicates this feature could explode people's minds with awesome, and in the interests of public safety must be kept secret until we can vaccinate people's minds pre-exposure.

Re: Ask the [Dev]s a (?)
Almost every map has received an update. Some are minor bug fixes, some have new layers, some have asset changes, and some even have new flags / points of interest. So yes... I don't think there is a single map that hasn't been touched... but some will be more apparent than others.zombie-yellow wrote:Have you updated some maps for 1.0 ? Like Muttrah City and whatnot![]()

Are you going to remove some map for the 1.0? And which ones?

Re: Ask the [Dev]s a (?)
Some maps have also received quite big overhauls, but Muttrah isn't one of them but as AF has said, like other maps, it has received some minor gameplayobject changes which I'll post a blog about at some point in the future, carrying on my tradition of updating all changes to the map with a blog post:
Muttrah City (v2) v0.91 GPO Update - Project Reality Forums

Siege at Ochamchira and Battle for Qinling will both be removed. I think that's it though.WhiteRhino wrote:Are you going to remove some map for the 1.0? And which ones?
Oh, and the Normandy and Falklands maps won't be in v1.0... but that's been covered in other posts.

This may piss off developers, but will there be a possibility for the Battlefield 2 Vanilla Map-Pack for Project Reality 0.7 being ported over to the new version?
Or compatible?

How has the area attack system changed for 1.0?
I heard the JDAM is gone, are there new types of arty? Does it come more frequently?

Its possible, its possible to do it in the current version, just needs someone to do the work but its very unlikely the maps would become part of PR's official map list.Arab wrote:This may piss off developers, but will there be a possibility for the Battlefield 2 Vanilla Map-Pack for Project Reality 0.7 being ported over to the new version?

Re: Ask the [Dev]s a (?)
Some maps get removed because they simply aren't played, so become dead weight for the first main installer, other maps have technical issues that no one has the time/inclination/ability to fix.zombie-yellow wrote:Why ? It's convenient to have all maps in one PR![]()
But the maps on the next version are really great, we're working hard to increase variety on already existing maps and also optimisation is key to help ensure appropriate resource use to prevent crashes and FPS drops.
