Game tabs out when mumble restarts

Windows 7, the games keep tabbing to desktop whenever mumble restarts in the background. This is super annoying when flying aircraft.

Keeps happening to me on Windows 8 as well. it doesn't happen every time mumble conks out and restarts, but it varies - seems to me the more people are in your mumble local range the more likely it is to start tabbing out... it also almost feels like mumble crashes when there are enemy team members in the area

Previous mumble for 0.9 were crashing for me few times when i runned it with teamspeak and never when with TS.
For now on, mumble crashing every few mins, even seconds with\without teamspeak.
Maybe there should be some workaround like duplicating keys\audio devices\etc..
