Description:
If you go down with a grenade held in your hand with the pin pulled and switch back to the grenade after you are revived it automatically throws the grenade at full power where you are aiming.
Steps to Reproduce:
Hold grenade in your hand like you are about to throw it. Get shot and go down before releasing the grenade, then after being revived by a medic switch back to the grenade and watch it automatically throw.
Tested On:
Black Gold Cache layer. The one at dusk. Not sure of the exact name. PR v1.0.24

Very old problem, probably the engine and can't be switched. Same happens if you remove the pin and drop the kit/die and somebody else picks it. Getting killed by picking some kit from the ground and choosing nade only for it to drop in the feet of your whole squad is quite annoying.

I probably wouldn't have said anything about it but i was trying to throw a grenade out the window on black gold while camping a cache at the airport terminal.
After i died and got revived i switched back to grenades to throw a few more towards the enemy but when i selected it, he threw it right at the ground on top the cache where a bunch of my team was standing.
I think i got like 4 or 5 accidental TK's. It was admittedly hilarious and everyone laughed but in a more serious situation that would have seriously sucked.
