Win 7 Mumble Overlay not Working!

ive been playing PR 1.0 since it came out and before that mumble overlay was working perfectly no problems but now it never pops up. My Pr launcher doesnt even have Overlay in the setting when i launch Mumble from the launcher could someone tell me if there gonna add a Overlay like the old mumble because mine is just completly gone.
