M1 Abrams Gunner Horrible Sound

Description:
I figured it was my game needing a restart until someone else mentioned the issue. When gunning in an Abrams tank there is a horrible whining or "whurring" sound when the vehicle is moving. It appears to be the same sound as the one used when you move the turret, only it loops as the tracks move. The driver is oblivious to the sound, and when you stop the sound ceases to loop and only plays when you move the turret. If the sound is intentional (I highly doubt it) I would suggest dropping the volume drastically.

Steps to Reproduce:
Get into the Abrams as a gunner and have your friend drive you around, the sound will become louder as the vehicle accelerates to speed making it hard enough to think let alone hear the driver/squad.

CIA Kokan and Hookers, and New Era Warfare.

Software on Medium. I am unsure of the sound settings of my friend who had the same issue.
