I don't know, is that PRLauncher update? I gather it's stuck in a loop now on that corrupt file? In PRLauncher you can define where updates get downloaded to (Options > Global > Update Download Location) - I suggest navigating to that location to look for the corrupt update file in question, then rename/remove/delete it, then re-run the PRLauncher update process. You may also have more detail about the problem in the log at the "Update Log Location".
if you are having this problem, all you have to do is find the files of the update logs and update downloads, OPTIOS-GLOBAL- and then you will see update logs and downloads, you can find their location by right clicking on them when browsed, delete both logs and downloads, re install and you are good to go.
