The only way u can use Teamspeak3 for free is to use Android phone.

But U need to pay 18 bucks(If not mistaken.) to download english version on Android from google, but some other languages might allow u to download it for free. Mine is Chinese, and I downloaded from chinese TS3 offical site for free.
