PR 1.2 install issue with origin

Hi All,

I decided to Play PR again after a few years.

My issue is that when i run the installer, it asks me to check that i have 1.5 installed.

Because it's an origin install, its pre-patched to 1.5 already so no patching nessasery, I'm running 7 64 bit so the local install Dir is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield 2 Complete Collection

When i point to that dir it says make sure i've patched from 1.41 to 1.5.

Running BF2 the version in the bottom left is 1.5.3153-802.0.

I have no idea what's going on, all help would be appreciated.

Download the 64 bit registry edit here and run it.

You simply have an inccorect value in your registry, the value of what version of BF2 you have installed.
the registry edit will fix it automatically.

( you can also download and open it in notepad and manually change the value it in RegEdit)
