My Sidewinder works well in PR. Change only the secondary controls for the joystick. Let the primary as they are.
If you change the primary controls for the joystick, its getting bugged and the joystick doesnt work correctly.
Sofar i know is that a known bf2 bug.

The Logitech Extreme 3D Pro is a simple joystick that does the trick. If you want to go for something a bit more fun I recommend the Saitek X52 Pro.

I really like my Thrustmaster T-Flight Hotas X
Inexpensive, always works, and you get a full throttle.

How's the weight on that thing? It looks almost too light.Steeps wrote:I really like my Thrustmaster T-Flight Hotas X

4.7 pounds, so 2.13 kg.
Heavy enough that it won't slide around when moving the stick or throttle. It also has rubber feet.
Can even be separated: (not my picture, found in Amazon reviews)
