The Russian forces standard issue fragmentation grenade has a 40%ish chance of being a dud.
The grenade was throw wayy past impact range, but once it landed it just stood there, before dissapearing as a dud.
Steps to Reproduce:
Use all of the ammo on your weapons until the Chechen's run up on you, attempt to throw a grenade at a full squad of Chechen's in a house only to have it fail. (aka it happens now and then)
