so is it a BIG coincidence it only happens when loading a map on PR 0.5, even though it happens randomly and never when im ingame or doing whatever other thing or playing whatever other game on my computer?
it already happened like 10 times, always when loading a map in pr 0.5, never happened in any previously version, in any other game or program. so i REALLY believe it has nothing to do with my hardware's health

I had the problem only with BF2. Its painful to recommend this but play vBF2 for a while and see if it crashes, I bet it will... if it does that would lead me to believe overheating for whatever reason.

I think that BF2 (especially PP.5) works a vid card harder than any game I've played. I had this probably once a month with vBF2 but with .5 I was getting it like every 4 hours... not acceptable. I dont think it was coincidence that it was happening during loading, it was probably due to the optimization that BF2 runs on your vid card each time.

If you haven't cleaned your computer recently you can start there, use a can of air and get rid off all the dust you can. With a desk fan blowing on my vid card I haven't had a crash yet.

Luizinho, its a hardware problem, I may be wrong but I think that every blue screen is a hardware problem, maybe memory since it only happens on loading, i think it might be overheating, it happend to me on other games graphicly demanding like FSX an Company of Heroes a couple of times, and once on BF2. Try opening your computer case, see if it helps. Be aware, its never good to get a blue screen.
