More n00b-protection plz

As for the tanks and APCs, it's fine now: I can drive and use it with my clan or squad, nobody can use the tower as a passenger seat. But now the same happens with helis:
We was in a map where there was no other heli just an armed littlebird. I was the 1st to get it, and wanted to transport my leader with an officer kit to lay spawn point fast, but an other ppl got in. Then I transported him to a nice spot, and hit bail out, then he reply: "I have a pilot kit, I can't get out! You get out!" I couldn't transport my commander because of this brat, and had no other choice after 10 mins and 3 tryes, just to crash my heli with him. Then he was waiting at the heli for 10 mins, and TKed for it when it spawned: it's fine that you can't get a kit after TKing, but you still can shot out a pilot from the heli if you already have a pilot kit.
And it's even worse on mutrah city: It's my favorite map, and I can transport at least 3 loads of ppl and land with a heli from high speed fast betwen 2 houses while the AAs are shooting. It's even better, when I have a clanmate with AT, granadier, or support in the heli. But usually a n00b PK for heli, then instantly crash to the water, then I can't even punish.

Well, we cant help you...hopefully 0.6 will turn off all these TKers, maybe then we'll have some peace...as for the Littlebird issue...Ive seen it too and I like to play Muttrah...

So, what about this:
- If you TK a pilot inside a heli, no more pilot kits in that round.
- If you had a pilot kit while doing the TK, you will be killed.
- If you get another player's pilot kit while you can't ask for one by yourself, you will be killed. (Like if you would TK for a kit.)
- If you crash with the heli in 1-2 mins (enemy kill = no crash), no more pilot kits for 10 mins. (Like the limiting with other kits. Just the time with other kits is the half warm-up for a heli. This would correct the numbers accordingly.)
- If sby from your squad try to get into the heli, and full, a ppl will be kicked out for him.
- If a squad leader try to get into the heli, sby other, but the pilot's squad will be kicked.
- Kick others with pilot kits for everybody else trying to get in!!! (But not the pilot! xD)

Well, this seems for me just a server-side patch.

Contact admin in the server and get them investigated to show them your displeasure.

Unless being dropped off in the middle of nowhere, a passenger must get out when told.

To be honest, did you not go land near one of your squads guys and ask them to shoot the guy who wouldnt get out? That would have resolved it pretty quickly

Well, best thing to do is to get a SA on the scene or dont even bother to play there anymore....

We can't mod players... especially smacktards, since BF2 engine wont allow it

Yep, the only real thing you can do is contact the admin. I'm pretty sure most of the good servers would instantly ban any people who tk for vehicles.

We need proof though. People are always complaining about someone "TKing everybody", and then you notice they only have had 2 punished TKs all game, while flying in an A-10 or something.
