How about on maps after 10-15mins it changes from night to day so u could do stealth attacks and use night vision

You cannot do that on the BF2 engine AFAIK. Its one or the other (Night or Day)

maybe two versions of a map on a server rotation.
i.e.
if you read al basrah extract briefing it says there was tough fighting into the night. you could make a night map of al basrah and play that on a server, and after that round is over switch to the daytime extraction map.

Is it possible to have rain and snow as weather effects? I remember on the FH mod for BF1942 some maps had snow falling down... If dust storms are possible on Al Fallujah map, shouldn't snow be too? Even though this mod won't be seeing any maps with snow it in...

iirc the poe2 team were messing around with rain effects so i think it can be done, just what effect it will have on frame rate is another story.

Rain affects the Frame rate and onyl renders 25 metres around you, therefore looks like shit.

The snow could be a white Sand Storm AKA blizzard.
