have destroyable buildings hp gone up?

because i scored 2 direct hits with the lat kit in quick succession -was standing near a jeep for ammo and it still did not blow up at all.

im talking about the whisky flag on helmand the main building

or has lats power been reduced that much... i still think it should be able to destroy at least 1 wall of the house in 1 hit...
