I used the service pack 2 mode... but it is still unstable.
now it can't be my PC, i mean a GTX8800, 4gb ram, and E6700 core doa 2 should play this game with max FPS.

anyone else has this problem?

I don't see the DEVs spending their time fixing this. It's like a modified Ford Escort. PR is the modding crew, but if you decide to use a new engine and it doesn't work..... well, lol. It's not really their problem is it? The mod works fine for other users and it's not really a "gameplay" problem, more a compatibility issue.

... im not the only one who uses Vista.
and im sertainly not the only Vista user who Isn't going to spend another 100+ euro's for XP, a OS system that isn't as good as Vista.

More people will buy Vista, because the next gen games are comming and also because the software problems are gone on vista
( there used to be some software and hardware problems, but they solved it )

now i've heard that you can solve the problem by playing as administrator and using XP service pack 2 mode, but It is still unstable.
Now all i'm asking is : are there any other Vista users who use the administrator mod and serivce pack 2 mode without having any problems?

or could it be a settings issue?
could the 8X anti A , be the problem?

check last part of this article:

it seems that vista + 8800 + BF2 = slowdowns
