Splitting hairs, and you can draw the rounds out of the bottom of the magazine.

Hmm.....when compairing the importance of improving the reload on
a) the SKS
or
b) the british sniper,

then I'd say that the SKS is far more important since the scout is an unlimited kit, while the sniper appears only two times per map.

Not neccesarly, isn't it that you can load in however rounds will fit in, and then throw the stripper clip with the remaining rounds away? That is essentially what happens in PR.

I heard that this isn't possible... For example, I heard some BF2 WWII mods couldn't prevent the Garand from reloading until all rounds have been used. I think I heard they found a way around this. Not sure though.

You can reload a Garand without using all the rounds though, as a informative video on the difference between clips and magazines told me.

i saw that veideo too. SKS can be unloaded through the side but i can see how it seems naff putting 10 rounds into a mag with 6 round already in the mag.
