I think i will download this mod , it looks good , but i wonder if i can switch to vanilla Bf2 whitout uninstalling PR mod??

and yes , do PR affect on my vannilla BF2 account?

You will be able to switch to vanilla without uninstalling PR.
PR won't affect your vBF2 account in any way

Yes you can play pr any time you like, it has a separate icon on your desktop. It does not effect vanilla in any way and will not get you kicked by punkbuster.
When you start the pr game just make sure you have punkbuster, map sizes unticked,
and same version and same mod ticked and away you go.
