Somehow I doubt it, for example if in game the bullet just comes right out of the scope...but I'd be curious to see if there is, or if there could be...
I know IRL a bunch of guns have parallax within ranges of 50 feet or so (like the M16), where you have to aim a little high to hit.
this could used as a balance
