At the moment, Al Basrah is my favorite map. Bar none. I've played it extensively since PRMM.
IMO, there should be far greater visual indication of the fact that harming civilians is detrimental. Not all players know this. Infact, it seems as though most don't. As a result, I rarely see British soldiers hold their fire on civilians -- usually it's just shoot on sight as if they were any other unit (on a few occasions I've seen otherwise). I recommend there be something of an on-screen warning, similar to when you fire on friendlies, if it's possible.
