Wow - what a game..

Post by BabylonCome »

Greetings all,

This is my first post here, so I'd thought I would say hi and bigup this mod...

I've been playing BF2 for about 18months and was getting bored of it when a few weeks ago I found this mod from Fileplanet.... top, top marks Dev's this is a serious game that has just gripped me by the *****.

Yes there are a few bugs, in particular crashing to desktop during map loading on occasions but that aside 10/10 for reality, feel, teamplay and maps....

I'm still a newbie at this one although I was use to being a squad leader on BF2, I am quite happy to take the orders and follow until I get to grips with the extra commands etc.

I've met some great people already during this past week of playing and can see me playing for a long time yet....

I thought this was about World of Warcraft when I saw it, lol.

Bugs and problems are there because the PR team hasn't released a full version (1.0) yet. ;) Still epic for something not even "complete".

We're all noobs some day, and some are noobs all days. :p You'll no doubt see me in your sights quite often. :)

grabs you by the bubu, don't it? :D

honestly, from what i'm reading here you seem to be a perfect addition to our community (especially the "i got no probs taking orders until i got the grip of it) and we always need good SLs. being SL is a whole lot different compared to vanilla though, i tell you ;)

welcome man :)

I would also like to say this mod is really awesome. I'm not really into the tactical type gaming but this mod makes it fun for some reason and I find myself staying away from normal BF2.

I may be new to the forums but I have been playing PR for a few months and I'm looking forward to many more. Keep up the good work PR crew!
