Letters missing

When I use the T menu to request a kit, some of the kits at the bottom have missing text.

For example it will say:

Heavy AT
Sniper
C man
ot


Plus, it also has the same thing on the tab screen, looking at scores etc.

Don't know if it's part of the problem, but I used to have PR last year & my PC died & I've only just finished building a new one. New HDD's & all, but using the same BF2 CD. When I played BF2 after a fresh install recently the section where you pick your class/kit some of it was missing, i was only able to select the top 4 kits. That should only apply in PR.
Anyway I installed PR & everything seems fine except for the missing text.

One other thing is that when I spot someone it just says the normal "enemy sighted", it ~never~ identifies the target i have sighted, no matter how many times I try.
