EA PR Manager? I didn't know they had a Project Reality Manager. Seriously though, if you have contact with an EA man
GET THE SOURCE CODE, MAN!
PR is not indeed a recruiting tool, however, it is also not your decision what it is , and what it isn't, it is currently being reviewed by a lot of British Army Officers for its possibilities in certain areas, including PTSD treatment (US & UK) !!

And also EA PR Manager = "PR", Public Relations - not Project Reality ?

ah yes, i was looking at articles to do with that, it looks like a great new program tbh and I think PR (but probably games like arma more tbh) can provide the necessary stimuli for the treatment more effectively than the program they were using.

if you've studied any psychology you'll know that this has great potential

I Suggest you add HEADPHONES and 4 gang power socket to the list of stuff to bring. You never know when you need that extra plug.

Are you not holidaying nearby? Dorset is lovely this time of the year :)
4 gang power socket
Don't worry about power, we have plenty of that, headphones would be a good idea though :)

Yes 18+ i am afraid :( for 2 reasons, there is alcahol involved, and also because it is on MOD property and we have a duty of care for our guests.

Sorry.

Come on guys, on the poll are 30 odd definate yes votes and 40 odd, yes if the date is right? These sort of events are not easy to organise and are incredibly good news for the PR community as a whole, get your names down and come along :)

Its a virtually free weekend playing games, clambering on tanks and meeting people :) :)

I can't believe the forum so far, this is an awesome and a unique opportunity to have this PR experience at Bovingdon, you've seen the Bovingdon visit pics from the Dev/Mod/Tester visit.

Why we have to advertise this amazes me.

The Tank Museum - Bovington - The Collection

The guys from bovingdon are as sound as a pound, and i'm personally looking forward to seeing some other people aside from the usual suspects that have already signed up! :P

Natala and I shall be there.

I'm a definite YES, I believe.

My hand-in date for final workload is the 10th September... so I can hand in my final submissions and then bugger off for a weekend of gaming and beer, whee.

It won't be virtually free for me - driving from Yorkshire to Dorset is gunna cost me lol.

ANYONE WANT TO LIFT SHARE? I can seat 3 passengers in my car, although realistically with sleeping backs and tower cases, I'm looking at only being able to take one, two at post. I can do a pick-up basically anywhere from the M62/M1 junction downwards. Interested parties, PM me asap.
