thanks for taking it into consideration egg =)'[R-DEV wrote:eggman']hrm... will think about it...... and discuss with the other guys.... I get a lil uncomfortable when money gets involved in this kinda stuff... all kinda problems can come out of it.
that said... those sound packs are awesome!
egg
hmm true, can you imagine, i put $15 down we should use THIS m-16 sound
although i think if there is a disclaimer that says Devs make the final decision on the sounds, then there wouldnt be problems in THAT area.

This is my new thought. If you give them the money to buy and use this sounds royalty free too which is nice. Then you are trusting them to use them to the best of their ability to make a good mod. Therefore you are willingy giving them money in exchange for a service (making the mod). Thereby making a legal exchange in which case you have no legal right although you paid money for it. You agreed to exchange money for a service not for control over that service.
The disclameir could be something like that.

Just to put my two cents in:
I really like the sound mod, but could you make all the weapons sound kinda like how the M-4 does? Let me put it like this: M-4=Beast, All the other guns=wimpy. Even the M249 sounds wimpy when I compare it the M-4. Or maybe my hearing is going bad
.
But it's still a really good sound modification. Thanks alot

Yea the m249 could use more bass.
This is reality based, so lets base it off reality!

We're not talking about the sound mod anymore we are talking about donating money to buy the efx sound pack http://www.efx-sound.com/site/FramesQuick.htm
http://www.efx-sound.com/site/Downloads ... tabase.txt
the demo for which can be found at the above link. Also the list of what is in the sound pack.
Sorry for seeming harsh mechs but i would like to keep this on topic for at least a little while.
