In PR squads have only one channel to communicate everything - in reality squadmembers would be able to give each other hand signs, talk to each other without disrupting 2 other squadmembers who are communicating in some way ten meters away.
Also body language is impossible, so in tense situations the squad channel can be more confusing than informing -> Mostly because of multiple target sightings or updates on targets behaviour
so heres the suggestion
This small marker should not be seen on the Map, only by the fellow Squadmembers. Placed by using the CONTACT switch in primary commo rose.
Stating which kind of target it is and what it is doing still has to be communicated via VOIP if needed, BUT it would clear the channel for what it is needed mostly: coordinating squads actions by the squadleader.
