can we make the vehicles on par with the guns?



it comes down to the fact that vehicles take very very very little skill in comparison to what it takes to counter them. armies around the world dont train their forces in how to run over the enemy becuase of things like grenades and 7.62 rounds.


few examples.

- enemy command truck aim at driver, shoot off single shots. while running to tree to get behind it so as to hopefully not die, truck rams tree at full speed. running a truck into a tree or a wall at full speed should not net you a running truck.

- some guy is driving the TOW humvee around running infantry over and using the TOW launcher on them. he stops at one point. i go prone, put my scope on target (just a normal rifle) , wait 3 seconds. fire. wait 1 second fire. the gunner on the TOW humvee has no visible armor protection. gunner looks around, im still firing (this guy has already run over like 6 people in the woods behind processing. need to stop him). after about 4 shots with 1 second pauses at 100m he calmly blows me up with TOW rocket.

- so we revisit the same TOW humvee but with an assault gunner kit, almost the same result.

- normal humvee is laying down supressive fire from a hill. i sneak up on his left, hes not even looking around. once i get 15ft away i crouch wait 4 seconds and fire. gunner turns and shoots me. the gunner on the humvee has no armor on the left / right.



if you look at what infantry get its
- HAT , 15 second start up time.
- LAT , really a 7 to 8 second start up time
- 3 seconds setup time on small arms fire to be even somewhat effective
- small sprint, i can drive in circles around you until you run out of sprint

I think the hummers have bulletproof windows.

About the trucks you can kill pilots in Hueys and maybe blackhawks, but definatly Hueys. And ive also killed drivers in trucks, about the Hummers. I dont think i killed the driver there. I cant remember, test it on a local server?

due to how ineffective infantry is this doesnt work on a real server. i can make a vid on muttrah where a squads sole purpose is to run people over in civ cars to show what i mean if need be.

If there is a military jeep that has bullet proof window that will not shatter after few rifle rounds, and with body that repell rifle rounds as if its a tank, and if that vehicle runs on 4 rubber tires, that vehicle have to go back to screen because that only exists in movie.

If anyone has movie clip of vehicle window repelling rifle bulletS with out breaking in real life, I'm begging to see them.

Also I have never seen any helicopter with completely bullet proof fuselage like in this game.

IIRC, that pretty much describes the US's uparmored humvee, the type that is supposed to be in use in PR, but has yet to be fully implemented. The regular dies-from-a-few-bullets humvee is no longer used.

(Are you actually in any miltary? Just checking, most people who make comments like yours are.)

No I am not associated with U.S. or any other military. Or have any good knowledge about humvee.

Is this uparmored humvee called the M1114? If you know any site providing the accurate information about humvee, please let me know so I can gain some good knowledge about it.

Only thing I can find is:

And I still highly doubt that any SUV size 4 wheeled vehicle has such armor capability as you quoted above from my previous comment.
