Kashan desert, we were pushed back to mainbase/south village all the time but our whole squad did some excelent teamwork and placed in the top.

Another person i would like to nominate is Spyker, brilliant ideas as a squadleader and when he doesn't lead his my medic ;)

Swordfish121. Actual former USMC marksman, he relates much of his former experience into here...and kicks *** at it to! This shot was taken in an epic round, with us providing sniper/recon support. He had gotten 9 kills without a single death...until near the end of the round, that is. As Squad leader, it was my call whether to have him engage which enemies or not. We saw a 4 man squad about 100m away hop out of a supply truck, and could easily tell which one was the squad leader. In hoping to disorient and maybe even take out the entire squad, I had him go for the leader. The leader moved JUST as Swordfish had fired. It would have been a perfect shot!

But anyways, so they took cover, looked for us, and began raining down hell. We ran back into a crevice in the mountain range, and I screamed on the radio to get an extraction. As he was running back to me at the very end of the crevice (with bullets flying all around him), he was taken down in the back. NOOOOO!

So I pop up screaming and start blasting away at them to get nailed in the head. As I'm staring at the black screen, I hear the woop of our Huey in the area.....epic.

A great round on Muttrah. I recommend my squad(even though i wasn't the sqd leader :S)great co-operation all through the round leading our team to victory! We used a range of vehicles such as the vodnik, co truck, and the apc. I have to say my gunner was great he managed to keep the apc alive the whole round. And we were placed in the top position.

Great job guys

Player name: G-411

Kit/vehicle: Medic

Map and side: Seven Gates - PLA

Act of heroism/good conduct: G-411, or just G as I called him last night showed great teamwork. It was not the first time that I had the pleasure of being in a squad with G. Yesterday, for the first time I was his SL. We were on the 10th Mountains German server. G is one of those players that joins your squad and without even asking takes the Medic kit because he sees that it is lacking. He communicates effectively without jamming the air waves with needless chatter. As a Medic he excelled in keeping me alive and consequently the squad alive. Well done, G!

Zedic is one of the greatest squad leaders I've ever had to play with. If you are ever in a game with him, I highly recommend joining him.

TB Kruder: even though kind of drunk, he kept the cobra alive for an entire round of Muttrah (him flying, me gunning), leading to an estimated 30 kills between the two of us, including a load of vodniks and an apc. Best round of Muttrah ever :)

[R-MOD]Jigsaw] I am drunk. I decided to come home early because I can''t realy seea nyithng. I hthknk i madea bad choicce. :|

herewith i want to recommend thunderway as one of best SL ingame....i'm playing with thunderway for about a year now, everytime i see him i try to get into his squad....he is a hard piece of phock, his consequent leading style reminds me of paris island's drill instructor gunnery sargeant hartman
Image
he might be pretty agressive towards squadmembers, not that he shouts at people just to insult them, he just wants his squad to work as a unit...if u dont obey u get kicked, easy as that...the way it should be...so everytime u see a squad acting like a living organism, something like a deepsea-octopus just eating up incoming enemies, it might be thunderway and his boys...i also enjoy driving around muttrah with lav25 with thunderway as gunner...the only effective rule for that apc is not to stop at any time, not to engage the btr90 from the front and of course not to drive over mines

beside that, i wanna pay respect to the rest of unmentioned polish players, which give me the opportunity to practise and keep my native language i am slowly losing after all the years in exile^^ guantanamo suxx! whaha!

u guys know who u are

btw: where is ariel from the infamous <rangers_pl>??? do huja pana, he promised to come back....another worthy player the community should not lose

Good squad, and EPIC defense of B4 cache on Korengal. Not a common scenario; were heroic taliban insurgents hold of two stalincharging GI squads. Felt like we managed to hold them of for ages.

Had a great round on Fool's Road tonight. I joined a squad that was being led by one of the QFT but he left so I was left in charge of the squad. Actually I wasn't but since I was being nearly as vocal as the SL, the guy defauled to SL told me to take it.

The whole time was spent assaulting and holding and defending and losing Hilltop. I led Alpha fireteam while OrangeFlynn led Bravo since he was able to take control of his guys and be sent off on his own just fine.

Beatdown was very communicative for someone who didn't have a mic and managed to tell the squad things that weren't obvious to the rest of us. Seemed like a very smart player that just needs a headset. :-P

Moondoggie was a brilliant Medic who excelled at reviving us during our failed and not so failed assaults and defenses while managing to balance that with being a good dependable rifleman.

Webay was another vocal guy in the squad and was key in holding a few hallways or ladders. Though I assigned him the Support gun because we lost it only once we couldn't get it back again for some dumb reason. But he epitomized the Rifleman's role in the squad. Ammo resupply, support fire, frags.

Last and not least by any stretch was Q-MOR. He apparently lost his voice but used his mic anyway, toughing it through the pain. Another good rifleman who suffered pain for the squad... literally. Not a common thing in online gaming, even in PR.

Excellent round. Best I've had yet in PR. The best part was that when we realized we were down to 20 tickets we posed and then bumrushed the hilltop. Not only did we take the South Building but we also won the round to our surprise. Cheers to all the guys. Hope I run into you soon.

Here are a couple screenies showing score and posing. Any of the guys reading this can add me to their Xfire: Pfunkallstars.

Player name: Swordfish121

Kit/vehicle: MEC Sniper

Map and side: MEC Muttrah2 (10th Mountains German Server last night in Europe)

Act of heroism/good conduct: About 30 minutes into the round my Eng Inf squad was atop a building about 400 meters north of docks taking some sniper fire from two US snipers atop the two silos at the southern most part of the docks. Swordfish121 was able to neutralize those threats from a hillside position allowing the squad to engage enemy troops and APCs moving out of the docks. Later, the MEC were pushed to within one CP of the main and Swordfish121 provided excellent long-range coverage for my squad as we engaged US troops from rooftop to rooftop. His score was a modest 1200 but he had 10 kills and just one death. ;)

This squad. These guys made it one hell of an experience.

Ghost- Outstanding long range marksman support, picking them off before they even saw us
AMG- My bird shooter :D God-like powers against Hueys, by rounds end he had 32 KILLS
Capt. Riotson- Excellent, excellent corpsman. He easily did the work of 3 medics, always dishing out the love when needed

Aliondarg+Membrane
- My kickass grunts of the squad. It was awesome working with you guys!
_____________

My hat's off to all of you gentlemen, excellent squadplay and outstanding job

So it was you guys that kept slaughtering us. I was in that game, and we kept getting sniped by some dudes that we couldn't see. You can see me in the chat screaming "AMERICANS CHARGE!"

Had another great round SLing on Fool's Road. Here are the guys. Had a few guys drop out early but they got replaced.

We didn't win and we didn't cap a lot of flags but the guys were great fun to play with and I would play another round with them.

Cheers fellas. Anyone who sees this can add me to Xfire: Pfunkallstars

Had a great round SLing on Qwai, though more players would've helped. Everyone had VoiP and worked in unison. We worked as a Mechanized Infantry unit, so that the APC survived despite the dreaded TOWs. And, as a bonus, I was able to recommend 6 squad members without being an *** and recommending myself :-D
