Yeah, ive seen this a couple of times.
But its neither bad nor disturbs it the game.
Anyway I think this is not a PR bug but rather a BF2 Bug so the DEVs cant fix this.

its actually attached to the medics chest with rubber bands, he pulls it forward, pulls something out and lets it snap back so he has both hands free

The medic is holding it to his body with his elbows and knees. Keeping it pitched there so he still has access to it whilst allowing his hands free to work.
Proof that cheese love is better then any other.
