IED deployment bug

hi guys
is anyone else having problem with IEDs?
when playing insurgency i throw an IED on the ground and when i want to switch to the phone(detonator) it doesn't pop up, i took a look in the PR readme pdf and there isn't any explanation for it, i didn't have this problem in the previous version of PR.

what do you guys think?

You need to wait till the phones animations are over. IF you gonna press the fire button faster nothing will happen.

No, I've had this problem on fallujah before. I throw out the IED and wait for my cell to come up and.....it never does. Only happens sometimes.

Thats when you accidently press the button twice, it has happened before to me. Just be sure to click really fast. This is what used to happen with the attack choppers when you were gonna fire 1 hellfire, 2 came out.

Had the same thing happen to me on karbla. Through an IED and the phone would not come up. Went and reloaded and through another IED same thing. Until i died I could not get the phone to come up.

This happened with me last night, no phone after deploying device. I changed kits a few times and it worked after that.

If you press it too soon, itll press teh button but the IED wont go off. Phone is gone tho.

I have tried all of the aforementioned solutions...still nothing. Once I place the IED, it switches me automatically to the SKS. Phone never comes up.

This is how i do and i don´t have this problem:
1 Select IED, wait a cupple of seconds...
2 Place IED, wait a cupple of seconds..
3 Push the button..BOOOM.

Usually it goes wrong when you try to place the IED before the "taking IED out" animation stopped playing.

tried all this things with ...waiting...push...mousebutton once,twice,hold it during prone,crouch,stand changing kits .....and so on.
actually i think i just detonate only one IED and this was on my old XP-system 1 year ago !
any other ideas ?

Yea its not a waiting or pressing too soon problem, my friend cant use them fullstop on certain graphics settings. That sounds weird but its true if he turns them down he can use them fine.

i find it only happens if your crouching or prone,, used to happen allt he time to me and then someone said jus to place it standing up and never had the problem since
