why is it high recommended to have the british forces DLC, i thought the dev's created their own skins

Some of the skins are(at least for now) from the BAF DLC. It won't make any difference in gameplay, but certain skins will look better with BAF loaded.

Too bad I can't play the beta because I'm banned from a separate community for breaking unspoken rules. Why can't you guys setup your own server through Alphanetworks! This is unjust.

So PR team are you going to setup your own servers or let a private community with their own set of rules own monopoly over your mod. They don't even have location for majority users, ( Eastern hemisphere ).

Kindly take your grudge elsewhere. This is neither the thread nor the forum for it.
As for how or where we run a beta, that's none of your business.

Might give it another try, if the warping was fixed..
Bought ARMA solely for PR and couldnt force myself to play more than a hr of 0.1.

This new content looks absolutely fabulous. (downloading now)
I came back to ARMA PR once the 1.6 release was out .... and found that it was only the Tactical Gamer PR server ever had any decent numbers: I can fully understand why the BEta is being tested on there.
THIS IS NOT BF3. PR ARMA is so immersive and unbelievably exciting at times. Tactics and teamwork are a must.
The dissilusioned thousands that were hoping BF3 was an updated BF2 will now be looking for something more fulfilling... lets get recruiting. Now that BF3 is dying a death (servers emptying rapidly) I hope that we can get more people back onto the PR ARMA servers and get some proper battles going.

As always, my guess is when its done. Though you can join TG server hosting pre-release 0.15 BETA right now, I suspect the official 0.15 release will be soon enough, as most bugs were ironed / dealt with, at least that's what I've intercepted.
