Blackgold is a BS inf map, unless you play the smaller layer. And Saaremaa is one of the best inf maps out there, how does it have sparse cover?!

Khamisiyah/Saaremaa/Black Gold
Arctic Lion/Shikotanjima/Kashan
Khamisiyah/Wanda Shan/Shijia Valley
...

On the above maps, it's kinda boring to play as the infantry. These maps only appeal to the heavy asset players.
Boring as infantry? God, I would love to play Shijia, Wanda, Shikotan, and Blackgold more often.
Yeah, Saaremaa isn't that great for infantry, since you will have a APC run into you within 10 minutes. Black Gold is good for INF, depending on Flag layouts. Khami is a good one too.

Arctic Lion does get boring after a while, only if you play on the normal layout, the blizzard layout is sexy! Shikotan isn't a asset whore map, imo. It's a great infantry map. Kashan is Kashan. Wanda Shan and Shijia need to be played more. Best Infantry-Armor maps in game!!!

But it depends on what admin is online for the good maps that aren't the 5-10 maps played constantly. But apperently PR has turned into 10 good maps, rest suck.

Kashan can be great fun for infantry if you coordinate properly with the assets.

For some reason, this is the only server that I still see people attacking mainbases without punishment. I'm posting this here not to point fingers or whatever. But just to let you guys know what is ''actually'' going on, on this server. The last two times I played on this server I was overwhelmed by the amount of people being absolute retards and not playing the game like it is supposed to be played. Also, the admin did not seem to care even a tiny bit.

I'm not sure why this is. Maybe because there is so many ''new'' american players, or ''old'' players coming back and not taking it seriously. But plenty of ''PR Veterans'' now avoid playing on this server, which will only make it worse.

This is not the best feedback, I know. But at least it's as honest as I can be.

I've noticed this too. Both of them on Marlin actually.
Last night we lost both tanks coming around the corner of main for the French side (1 keypad "outside" of main).

About a week ago it was assets getting destroyed by tanks sitting on the south hill killing anything that came out MEC main. I'm not talking about assets making it out of main, im talking about assets getting blown up before the road even starts to curve north. One of the people in the tank was an admin at the time so we just assumed that this is allowed on the server.

Hopefully the server management can reconsider their stance on this. Just some feedback, thanks for reading.

Appreciate the feedback. I will attest to having dealt with some baserapers recently who believe they are within the rules of their activity, which is not true for any case (except base is next AAS flag or INS main is in proximity of INS, in which blufor may return fire, but not camp INS main with malicious intent.)

We have recently updated our rules, so it will take some time for the server to adjust to the slightly modified ruleset compared to what we had in the past (baserape rules are revamped,) regardless, admins are instructed to enforce the new rules with appropriate measures. Baserape will hopefully no longer be a (common) issue soon.

I only ran into a few new "american" players, since playing on FCV. Mainly all of them are foreigners. (I call them that since I live in 'Merica.)

But on topic...

do you guys prevent players from using assets over and over again, "wasting them"?
Like, they keep flying right into enemy AA and getting shot down, over and over again, then the same next round... ect

Just as an FYI, while playing yesterday I witnessed three of your admins teamswitch themselves (and only themselves) to blufor when the map changed to Albasrah. You'd think that it would be to balance out the admins on both sides, but no, all admins were then on the same team, a team that if they were regular players, they wouldn't have been able to get on.

Just thought the information would be helpful.

What's even more depressing is nothing is being done by the staff about this.

Thank you Psyrus for your report, and thank you brennan for your help... This is, unlike brennan seems to assume, being handled. There are already rules in place against this sort of behaviour and we are discussing internally how to deal with this specific case as well as with the problem on a bigger scale.

Just out of curiosity.. What is going to be the provisional punishment/disciplinary action taken for the individuals who abused their administrative power swapping themselves to the other team? Are they going to be pertaining administrative roles while this is being handled?

You of all people should know we would not discuss punishment of admins in a thread here.

I'm not wanting to discuss it, I'm trying to find out what will happen next.
