Its most of the time like this:
Khamisayah Lrg starts: Admin X opens CAS squad, get his buddies in and locks it. On the other team, the same thing. Then later on in the round when it's time to vote they decide to put Kashan, Black Gold and Silent in it. Kashan wins, then admin X and admin Y open their CAS squad again and invites the same guys. The problem is not about the same squads over and over again, but mainly the role they take. Often CAS and when it is not CAS it is armour.
About Insurgency, I like it, I like it a lot. But as of now all the "good" people avoid it because half of the clans switch to the BLUFOR side. And when you want to force people to play well you encounter admins.
I would like to see clans to proper play the insurgency game modes on both sides and admins promoting teamplay on the insurgency side.
So I short, I kind of agree with you.

I would just like to see more liberal use of the !scramble command used, especially when the previous round ended with an unbalanced KDR and/or quick finish due to steamroll. It's been added for a reason, hopefully it gets used

I've noticed a bit of noob-shaming going around... I had to watch one player get booted from squad to squad, and when he finally ended up in my squad, it was one of those "let's make it hard to keep up and then bust people for falling behind" type situations. The poor guy ended up rage quitting and in the end my conclusion wasn't that people were being ******** but that maybe they needed more of a reminder that it's a noob-friendly server. When max squads have been reached, the squad leads basically run the game, so if they're all noob-intolerant, the whole premise of the server is kind of lost. Seems like players in general could stand to get better at keeping their squads together. If you get a massive headstart on someone, and you're both sprinting like crazy, and the person catching up doesn't know the map very well, and they can't see you anymore, the squad's gonna end up all over the place. And in order to get good at something you need permission to suck at it for awhile.

Had some good rounds here, not that there is much choice in servers and the players are all pretty much the same I've played with in other servers in my time lol.
One problem though.Map votes don't tend to mean anything here.So many times we vote and a map wins that admins don't like and the vote is changed until its a map they want. Why bother with a vote if it doesn't matter anyway?
Also the server crashes all the time but so does every server I believe.

The command is broken. We don't know why/how.
@Everyone else: I'm still training the admins as far as stacking.
We aren't doing mapvotes for the rest of the day.

I hung around for a few consecutive rounds yesterday I had some good fun despite on the losing side for most of em. Had a few good laughs, KingSunnyD driving a techie off a 75 foot cliff into the ocean was the lulz.
The teams had a nice distribution of talent and the change of pace maps were real nice. Fools Road, Kozelsk, 'cuda vietnam.
Map voting can be such a contentious distraction, I kind of dig 1 admin just DJ'ing the map selection.

And I suggested fools road

. It's great to see less assets, would be better if the admins, no matter how friendly they are, would whore it less. So others also have the chance to do assets.

I second the one admin map selection, it was nice not really having to worry about choosing ect, you also get a better variety of maps

It would seem that server crashes have become more common since 1.1.6.0 for some reason, at least to my knowledge, from what I have experienced since the patch release, I honestly don't know why, maybe we should return to 64-player servers over constant server crashes and poor client/server performance or what have you, but it should be mentioned that I have experienced several server crashes on all other highly populated servers.
Three server crashes within 90 minutes on Free Candy Van:
#1: Dragon Fly 100p (assault and secure, standard)
#2: Shijia Valley 100p (skirmish, alternative)
#3: Fallujah West 100p (insurgency, standard)

It's uncommon, for us it was because of a corrupt file (which is fixed JUST NOW). People were bugging me to restart while I was at the movies.

Now that is hardcore dedication! Thank you sir!
However the majority of highly populated servers have been bugging me lately.

Don't worry. You can scream at me tomorrow if it still happens.
I spent the past hour repairing some files in some cases re-doing them. Also repaired our custom files, looks like we had some stuff that was a bit messy causing the server to bug.
Again, real sorry about today. It's my fault. And the fallujah crash was me terminating the server due to a squad bug. The map mid-loading crashes aren't in my ability to fix but I can usually handle the ones that happen mid-game (dragon fly) which IMO are the more painful ones for everyone.
Regards, good night from America.
