Effects =/= textures

I'm not talking about smoke and effect, just textures specifically.

Yeh, thats something I've noticed lately! For example in this video, I've asked the uploader and apparently the settings are maxed out here, but they don't seem to be? Look closely at the trucks at 3:09 especially, everything is blurred.



Contrast to videos of older versions if you can find one, and certainly my memory of it being clearer than that.

Could this be something to do with video drivers?

Yes textures are blurred now, must be something in the update that changed it.

Should I post this in bug report section?

Do you have examples? I don't feel anything different with textures.

I can't recall them looking this bad then again I can't prove they looked better so must be newer games influencing this perception of blurriness. It might be that I'm using widescreen too now... whereas before I was on 19" 4:3 monitor.

So, Can anyone provide me with the download link to the manual patch? Please hurry
