This is a gatling gun. There are no gatling guns in PR (I think). So please, stop calling it a gatling gun.

The idea of increasing the RoF by making the Minigun essentially "two" guns firing at the same time (at 900 rpm). may cause lag, but also help with the realism. Also, maybe one would have more spread than the other providing a slight solution to the splash damage issue, whilist still allowing the rounds to pierce through some/mulitple meshes instead of just hitting the first one and making a splash.

This is a pretty ingenuis idea, I like it a lot. Hope there is something that could be codded in. I dont see why two guns firing full auto would cause lag. I think the only thing it might cause is some a$$ kickin!

Funny thing is I said it 5 pages ago, a couple guys said they liked it, then it got lost in the thread like a sand castle built too close to the shore.

Yep, don't call em Gatling guns anymore...... actually Gatling Cannons is more correct.
And oh yea, if their not called Gatling guns anymore, why is the official name of the A-10's cannon a General Electric GAU-8/A Avenger 30mm Electric Gatling Gun?
