Man .6 is awsome, Al Basrah dosen't lag as much (well for me), Al Basrah looks very pretty, and thats all I know since I only played Al Basrah , but there are some small problems I saw on the map. Terrian stickin up on the roads but not a big deal can be fixed .

OMG ALBASRHA BLOWS MY MIND!!! the old NVCP Area is amazing. You dev's outdid yourself.


question though, when i'm on albashra, as brit, there is a yellow arrow on my spawn map with a A or a D (cant remember now). What does it mean? is that the firebase or bunker emblem?

Cause as Brit there was another one at Village, but it was red. It's obviously something to do with your teams, and what not, but what do they mean? One is yellow, and is D or A, and then the onethat is by village is red with d or a ( again cant remeber).

Either way, Dev's, albasra looks amazing. The grittyness, view distance. And i think i splurged when i saw my lovely warriors.

I'm surprised people haven't realised it yet with the A and D arrows.

i cant understand to those who whinç fr 8 hours downloading , 0.5 tookme 12 hours , ths beta will be finished in 5 more hours .

Took an hour and a half for me....I think thats only like a 200kb/s avg?

Some of you may not know, but by adjusting your torrent programs you can usually get a decent d/l speed.

I had always left it on auto, until I noticed an improvement switching it to DLS/FAST CABLE....

From what I gather your d/l speed is based on your upload speed, however uploading too much seems to slow your download....
I just watch my d/l speed while adjusting until I see the numbers going down, and for a while I was managine 600kb/s...

I don't think my ISP is anything amazing, on tests it has show to be about average.

here in thirdworldland ISP are far away from amazing

Well now i just started to DL it again and its telling me 43 minutes!! So lets see what happens.

Is it just me or dose 1p M16 sound too high pitched?

Was there an update to the beta I missed?

I just logged in and there were 0 servers, I was playing fine 2 hours ago but now it seems as if everyone disappeared ??:

Please dont tell me I need to install an updated version to play on the servers (my comp cant handle another big DL like that )


edit: BAH!!! Its working now.....
