I think being any kind of transport driver/pilot would be the most stressful job. I can't fly for one, so a transport heli pilot would be super stressful for me, but if you get blown up, it always seems like the squad you were transporting gets mad at you.

Its quite stressfull when your mates are dying around you, Im not a noob to medic and I would say its one of the most stressfull roles in PR. I play medic about 70% of my playing time.

Why isn't Medic up there, I spend half my time yelling at my Squadies:
"DON'T LOOK ME! COVER ME INCASE THEY COME FROM BE- <Brraatt> <Brraatt> MEDIC!"

Specops on a suicide mission like blowing up firebase on the frontline is the most stressful role for me. When sneaking, the fear of getting discovered makes your senses sharper and you start to have a feeling that your life is at stake.

Me 2. When the SL asks for the medic Im steppin up.Like playing as one none the less. But it certainly is stressfull!
EDIT:
Just the fact that its missing shows that the topic starter (and a lot of other people) dont play the medic a lot or good.

Most stressful role... Insurgents that have no idea what the hell they are doing. Actually being on any team that have no idea what they are doing is just plain stressful. Driving/flying for noob gunners has to be the tops.
Its like this-
Me- Enemy AT xxx degrees!
Gunner- silence
Me- DO YOU SEE HIM?
Gunner- Where is he I dont see him?
Me- Hes like 20 ft infront of us... how do you not see him
BOOM!
12GuageShotty has been disconnected

hah, you forgot AT Squad Member.
Damn this is so hard.
i got kicked from squad tons of times.. a few TG Guys told me, "next time will be better dude".
Well, beign ur squad AT gunner its complicated. there was a last Scimitar left on Fools Road, i was supposed to be the AT Guy, we saw the Scimitar, little, whit his crew out of it and 2 guys repairing it, well, dunno why but the Gunner was out (maybe a pee or something

), i think they didnt suspected an Ambush. Well, i just aimed, i was ready to fire, then the damn driver just moved it, i keep aiming, he stoped.. BANG i shoot, missed xd, we started to run, scimitar was in alert, they chased AND killed us.. damn it was my last rocket left.
HAT its also difficult to use when the whole Squad is looking at you..

Armoured Driver (as SL)...
... when my gunner does not use VoIP, does not understand when I place "attack" icons on things I NEED him to shoot, (such as an incoming bombcar) and has no idea how to change weapons/pop smoke/etc. =)

Gotta say squad leader, to me commander is just sitting in a little hut. It isn't that hard to maintain situational awareness when the only thing you're looking at is the map.

Squad leader, especially when you have wanna be squad leaders in your squad making stupid suggestions all the time and reluctantly following orders.
This is mostly the reason I am rarely squad leader except on servers like Tactical Gamer.

heli flying a heli is kind of scary due to fact that you have to carry squad and dodge antiaircraft missles
